Ride in the next few minutes, or lock in a pickup for a date in the diary. Scheduled rides are assigned a driver ahead of time.

Licence, permit and insurance are recorded per driver and checked for expiry. Anything lapsed comes off dispatch automatically.

Assigned, en route, arrived, on trip, completed — the same timeline our dispatchers see, updated as it happens.

Economy through executive and vans. Tell us passengers and luggage and we'll put the right class of car on it.

Cash to the driver, card, Whish Money, or on account if your company has a corporate profile with us.

We price it against your city's rules. Where a trip genuinely can't be priced automatically, we quote it by hand rather than guess.

A driver is assigned
Dispatch matches an available, in-city driver with the right vehicle class and sends you their details.

Ride, then settle
Follow the status through to completion and pay by your chosen method. Corporate rides go straight onto the monthly statement.

Good to know

How far in advance can I book?

As far ahead as you like. Scheduled rides are assigned to a driver before the pickup window rather than at the moment you need them.

Can I get a quote without an account?

Yes. Pricing is public — you only need an account at the point you confirm, so the booking has an owner, a contact and an audit trail.

What if my trip can't be priced automatically?

Some routes and cities are set to manual pricing. You'll see that clearly, and our team sends a quote instead of the system inventing a number.

Do prices differ between cities?

Yes, deliberately. Each city sets its own pricing rules and bills in its own currency — we never convert between them behind your back.

Can I cancel?

There's a free cancellation window on every booking. After it, a percentage fee may apply — both are set per platform and shown on the booking.
