How the booking runs
Same shape as every other Charlie service — you’ll recognise it if you’ve booked with us before.

Pick a package
Choose the block of time you need in your city. Each package states its minimum and its overtime rate up front.

Say whose car
Your own vehicle — tell us what it is — or ask us to provide one, where the package allows it.

Plan the stops
Give us the pickup point and any itinerary. The driver holds between stops rather than being re-dispatched.

Book and settle
Pay on completion or on account. Overtime is charged at the published rate and itemised on the booking.

Questions we get asked
Can the driver use my own car?
On most packages, yes — that's the usual case. A few packages always include a Charlie vehicle, and the booking form tells you which.
What counts as overtime?
Anything past the package's block of time, charged at the hourly overtime rate published on that package before you book.
Is there a minimum?
Hourly packages typically carry a minimum number of hours. It's shown on the card and enforced at booking, not sprung on you after.
Can I book the same driver again?
Tell us and we'll try. Regular arrangements are best handled as a corporate account so the schedule and billing sit in one place.
Are packages the same in every city?
No. Each city publishes its own packages and prices in its own currency, because the cost of running a driver isn't the same everywhere.
