How the booking runs

Where it's collected, where it's going, roughly how big and heavy, and whether it's fragile or needs cash collected.

Priced on distance, size and urgency against your city's rules, in that city's currency, before you confirm.

We collect
A courier is assigned and heads to the pickup address. You get their details and the job's live status.

Delivered and evidenced
Recipient name, timestamp and photo are attached to the booking. Any cash collected is reconciled against the reference.

Questions we get asked
How big can a delivery be?
From an envelope up to a pallet. Size and weight determine which vehicle is dispatched, which is why the form asks for them.
Do you deliver between cities?
Delivery is dispatched per city today. If you need an inter-city run, contact us — we'll quote it manually rather than let the system guess.
How does cash on delivery work?
You declare the amount when you book. The courier collects it at the door, and it's reconciled back to you against the booking reference.
What happens if nobody's there?
The courier records the attempt and contacts you. Nothing is left unattended unless you've told us in writing that it can be.
Can I send several parcels at once?
Yes — book them individually so each gets its own reference and proof of delivery, or talk to us about a recurring run.
